Prices are per apartment per day.
As of 01.01.2014 we are required to collect a local visitor’s tax of 1.00 € per person and night for guests over 14 years of age. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay.

The prices include:
Visitor’s tax, final cleaning, bed linen, dish towels, dishwasher, oven, electricity and heating
Arrival and Departure
In case of an early departure, due to the loss of earnings we reserve the right to charge 70%.
You can arrive from 13:00 clock
On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10:00 clock (Other times are possible upon request)
Your stay
The prices are per day and apartment for a minimum stay of 4 days. The final cleaning, the “BrixenCard” and the internet is included in the price.
Deposit
We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid.
Since December 6th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 999.99 in cash. In this case the deposit will be higher!
Cancellation
Until 3 months before arrival you may cancel your booking free of charge. From 3 months until 4 weeks before, we will charge 3 days of the price of your stay.
In case of a cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price.
Pets are not allowed out of consideration for our next guests!
