Törggelen in San Leonardo – South Tyrol

At the farm Aichnerhof especially in autumn you may experience a unique South Tyrolean tradition: The host invites you to Toerggelen. New wine is served to traditional Toerggelen dishes, such as ravioli, cheese dumplings, barley soup, pork ribs or meat platters. Of course also the fruits of autumn are served, like nuts, apples or roasted chestnuts. Come in and treat yourself to this old South Tyrolean tradition.
